Why the portal?
No more guessing and no more waiting in line. Sign in at any time to see exactly what your branch has on file for you: your loans, your balances, your arrears, and your savings.
Saklaw is a Filipino word for covering for one another — lending a hand when someone needs it. That is the whole idea behind the portal: your records should be as clear to you as they are to your officer.
All your loans listed together, each with its cycle number, release date, and maturity date.
See how much of each loan is still principal and how much is interest — no hidden charges bundled in.
If your officer granted an advance against your savings, it appears on your loan record so the numbers reconcile.
Every loan is tagged up to date or with arrears, with the total shown — so you can settle it before it grows.
Your running VS balance, kept apart from your loan balances so you always know which is which.
Your CBU balance alongside your savings total, so you can track both funds in one place.
Not just loans
Voluntary Savings and Capital Build-Up are tracked by your branch alongside your loans. The portal shows both totals on your home screen, updated from the same source your officer works from.
Deposits, withdrawals, and adjustments are all on file. The portal shows your current VS balance so you can confirm that your savings are where you left them.
Your CBU account, including transfers from CBU to VS, appears as a separate balance — never merged into your loan figures.
Checking your records is simple
Whether you have one loan or several, your full picture is just a sign in away.
Use the username and password your branch officer registered for you.
View each loan's principal, interest, and remaining balances in one clear table.
Check your status — up to date or with arrears — and confirm your savings totals at the same time.
Where the numbers come from
The portal does not work out your own balances or estimate your dues. It shows the records your officer maintains, imported from your branch's files — so what you see is the same figure they use.
Your branch is the source of record. If a figure does not match what you were told, ask your officer to check the original entry.
After your branch posts a payment, release, withdrawal, or adjustment. The portal always shows the latest imported record.
Only you, using the account registered for you. Your records are never shared or visible to other members.
Frequently asked questions
Not sure where to start? Here are a few answers. For anything specific to your account, visit the Saklaw branch that holds your record.
You will generally need a valid ID, proof of residence, and information about your business. Requirements may vary by program and location. Visit your nearest branch for the complete list.
Rates vary by loan program, amount, and term. Before you sign, our staff will explain the total amount due, payment schedule, and any fees. There should be no surprises or hidden charges.
We will explain your payment schedule and available payment methods after your loan is approved. Ask for a receipt for every payment, and contact your branch if you have questions or your ability to pay changes.
Our Group Lending program does not require collateral; members support one another and share responsibility as a group. Terms may differ for other programs, so confirm the details with your branch before applying.
Voluntary Savings (VS) is money you choose to set aside on top of your loan payments. Capital Build-Up (CBU) is your regular share in the cooperative. Both are tracked by your branch, and the portal shows your balance in each.
Your branch officer registers an account against your member record. Once that is done you can sign in with the username and password you were given. Accounts are created by staff, not by members.
Your branch holds the original record, so that is where any correction starts. Bring your account details to your officer and ask them to check the entry. The portal can only show what has been imported.
